Kimberly Reuther – Interior Designer/Founder
Kimberly’s background spans over 12 years from residential and commercial design to award-winning model homes. After earning her degree in Interior Design, she gained valuable experience at design firms in St. Louis as well as 4 years in San Diego, CA. Since moving back to St. Louis, she has succeeded at residential design consulting and is being endorsed by Pottery Barn as part of a pilot program. Her insight into the St. Louis design market led her to launch DesignSpeak as a way of inspiring consumers and promoting local resources.

Mandi Maurer Gray – Interior Designer/Blog Contributor
Mandi is an interior designer with a passion for infusing the established with the progressive. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design in Chicago. Mandi gained valuable experience at a high-end kitchen & bath firm also specializing in historical renovations. The renovation work included Frank Lloyd Wright as well as Gunderson homes. Her 2008 environmentally sustainable remodel of a 1977 GMC motor coach was featured in Chicago Home Magazine and at FORM Contemporary Design Show 2010.

Derek Maschek – Architect
Derek is an architect with 18 years of experience, familiar with project types ranging broadly in scale and type, and believing design is about uncovering then solving problems in a manner respectful to budget, schedule and aesthetic. Inspired early in his career, Derek also understands the values and principles of Sustainable Design. Excepting a couple years in Kansas City, since graduating from Kansas State University in 1993 Derek has devoted his thoughts and efforts to St. Louis-a city brimming with potential. After wrestling with issues of connection and collaboration in St. Louis, Derek joined the team at Design Speak to help broaden and deepen the discussion.

Andrea Beckman – Interior Designer/Blog Contributor
Andrea Beckman comes from a background that is filled with a variety of creative endeavors and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She has since worked with Studio Snaidero, an award winning firm in Connecticut where she collaborated on the design and construction of luxury European kitchens throughout the New York Metro. Andrea is currently working at Interiors Unlimited where she specializes in DIRTT Environmental Solutions www.dirtt.net for commercial spaces.
